I love this look, very clean, crisp and beautiful... but I wonder- would that wainscoting be harder to clean- especially in a bathroom setting?

Okay so this is a great way to dress up a dull bathroom! Did you know that our decals will go on ANY smooth, flat surface? They didn't use decals here I don't think, but we have very similar designs.. you can put them on the floor, walls, window, mirror, tub shower doors, etc. :)

There is this little schoolgirl part of me that LOVES chalkboard. I don't really have room for a giant black wall in my kitchen, and I know it would certainly be nothing but doodles in the end (and scribbles via my 2 year old) but I think this looks SO cool! Thoughts?

I've always been a sucker for black and white so this kitchen REALLY calls to me- It might be TOO dark, though (but it looks like the photo was taken in winter, so that may be the reason). Also, what is in the middle of the window?
