I know first-hand that massage can reduce pain, stiff joints, stress and other physical complications and can aide in the recovery process while recovering from an acute injury.
Lisa with the Spine & Sports Rehab Center stopped by our office today at lunch and demonstrated to our staff how even a quick chair massage can increase our PRODUCTIVITY by lowering blood pressure and improving our thinking and awareness. Everyone agreed that they felt much more relaxed and rejuvenated after just a few minutes in the chair.

Thousands were enjoying the sunshine today in the Garden District, as a record breaking crowd was on hand to celebrate the 28th annual, Wearin’ of the Green, St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Young and old alike put on their finest green attire for the shamrock celebration, and green plastic beads covered the streets as the last float passed by.
