Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) advises holders of Series 1 Debentures in the Company that the debentures will mature on December 31, 2012.
The Company has made allocations for Series 1 debenture holders to rollover their debenture interest into the Series 5 offering.
Although the Series 5 offer is fully subscribed and closed to new subscribers, Series 1 debenture holders have up until Thursday, December 13, 2012 to rollover their debenture interest into Series 5.
