We take a look back at the highlights of Unit 3 Projects six week residency with Abigail Box's collection of conversations. These carefully collected snippets of conversations that have happened on the periphery are pieced together to form an elaborate mind map that follows the journey and development of the artists within the space. DegreeArt invite you into the world of Unit 3 Artists, by Abigail Box. - Chantelle Purcell

'Flowstone' by Laura Fishman. Acrylic on Canvas. A flowstone is a type of stalactite that is created when water saturated with microscopic limestone particles evaporate. When the water evaporates, it leaves the minute granules of rock on the base rock, eventually forming a 'waterfall.' The deposits may grade into thin, sometimes translucent sheets called 'draperies' or 'curtains', where they spread over the overhanging portions of the wall. http://www.degreeart.com/abstract-painting/laura-fishman/flowstone
