Come out and meet Nationwide Series Driver Joey Gase this Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the DMV Headquarters office on Broad Street in Richmond and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the VCU Medical Center Community Health Education Center, Gateway Building. Joey's mother was an organ donor two years ago. Joey will be racing at RIR Friday evening sporting his Donate Life car!

Have you purchased your new Donate Life Virginia license plates? Go to DMVnow.com to purchase them. These license plates replace the old Save7 plates. The plates can be found under "O" for "Organ donor." (By the way, the stuffed Captain Cardinal does not come with the new plates:)

Last Sunday 175 donor family members, living donors, recipients and others gathered at Inova Fairfax Hospital to honor donors by hanging special ornaments on a Tree of Life (up until December 29). It was a moving and wonderful experience--thanks to all for attending.
